Legggggggs today! Todays workout was the kind of workout where you struggle to make it to your car. I gotta work work in 2 hours, that should be interesting. Ended up setting a pr on squats on my fifth set 275×10!!!! I’ll def. be feeling this tomorrow

Well today was decent workout. Did a thorough shoulder workout including seated dumbell military press, upright rows, side lateral raises, barbell and dumbell shrugs,rear delt machine, and front lateral raises. Reps ranges for all were 1×15, 4×12. Finished it off by doing some decline weighted sit ups and hanging leg raises to hit the abs.
