fat % is a little low

I am feeling great but somehow my fat % has gone way down. My weight is down and Ive already done my weights and cardio for the day. I did however wake up late so my breakfast was at noon :/

too much fat today

Today I had a bit of a cheat or two during dinner but rest day was great, I woke up late though oops

better day

Today was better but I feel so run down lately. The swelling has gone down some and my rings feel a bit better. I worked from 6-1 today then napped from 2-5 because of my narcolepsy.

I got called in tonight so no workouts today. I cut myself cooking lunch. I usually dont cook so I guess thats what I get.  Tonight for dinner is my one cheat meal per week so I wont log that and Im not logging any calories today.

3 egg whites, 1/2 grapefruit, rice cake with peanut butter

9 mini rice cakes

taco: whole grain tortilla, ground turkey, lettuce, tomato, and salsa. (delicious and I recomend)

I cut myself while scooping beans out of a can for the kids tacos. How dumb is this!? I didnt take the lid all the way off and when I was trying to get the bottom of the can I ground the lid across my nuckles! made me sick to my stomach. Luckily my 9 year old helped finish lunch so I could tend to my wound :(
