I am feeling great but somehow my fat % has gone way down. My weight is down and Ive already done my weights and cardio for the day. I did however wake up late so my breakfast was at noon :/

I got called in tonight so no workouts today. I cut myself cooking lunch. I usually dont cook so I guess thats what I get. Tonight for dinner is my one cheat meal per week so I wont log that and Im not logging any calories today.

I cut myself while scooping beans out of a can for the kids tacos. How dumb is this!? I didnt take the lid all the way off and when I was trying to get the bottom of the can I ground the lid across my nuckles! made me sick to my stomach. Luckily my 9 year old helped finish lunch so I could tend to my wound
