"Well, im on crutches for the next 6 weeks 1/7/08 to 2/18/08. I cant work lower body. Goal is to gain 6-9 pounds in upper body, keep gainning there,will rehabing my right leg, bombbbb! its time to hit legs 2 times a week, hopefully 3and half mounths"

Took pain reliever yesterday because knee hurt to much. Then I got into a car accident. But, not a scratch. Hey I’m kinda like superman. I’ll have to upload a picture of my truck. Cant drive it any more, basicly its not worth fixing. Good news is my knee does not hurt today and I can go ALL out in my leg workout tonight!

My knee really hurts today from work. Hopefully by stretching it tonight it well stop hurting. I dont always worry about it but plan to do legs tomarow

Tonight was my first workout in my mass phase. Arms, it was great. Have to gain some strength back. But, not to much. I hated my 1 mounth phase of full fat loss. Wont do full body workouts again untell next year. Besides theres just something awesome about singling out a muscle group or just muscle. First and best a better mind-muscle connection.

I just finished a weight loss program with lower carb intake and full body workouts. I got my weight down to 158. My goal was 155. But happy with 158. Because surprised when i had only 8% body fat" still want to lower" But Monday I well start a mass muscle program. Uping my carbs with healthie foods and going back to 1 body part a day 5 days a week
