"Well, im on crutches for the next 6 weeks 1/7/08 to 2/18/08. I cant work lower body. Goal is to gain 6-9 pounds in upper body, keep gainning there,will rehabing my right leg, bombbbb! its time to hit legs 2 times a week, hopefully 3and half mounths"

dont let nothing slow u down

broken ankle, so, all that means is no exercises that u have to be on your feet for. I admit it worried me a little at first. But, i made up the workouts and after week one, my butt was kicked, hell dont tell me u cant work out with one leg, makes it for u dont have to do cardio, unfortunaltly im loseing a lot of weight, but i just got my appeite back

    maybe i should have mentioned that, tell u what im going to write a new blog right now telling how because a couple have asked, and just for u know. Your very beautiful, hope the training is going well
