dont let nothing slow u down
broken ankle, so, all that means is no exercises that u have to be on your feet for. I admit it worried me a little at first. But, i made up the workouts and after week one, my butt was kicked, hell dont tell me u cant work out with one leg, makes it for u dont have to do cardio, unfortunaltly im loseing a lot of weight, but i just got my appeite back
