Living out of a duffle bag-A little PT
We had group PT this morning. Overall it ws pretty weak. One thing is for sure though, my abs are weak. I always tell myself that I will put them at the end of my workout but I am always smoked and I just cut out early. I need to make it a point to at least get a little ab work in on my lower body days. On one day I will throw in some low rep/high resistance stuff and the other day I will dedicate to slightly higher reps with low resistance.
