Living out of a duffle bag-My first Zercher squats, OUCH!
The strongman contest I want to do has the Conan’s wheel. The best thing I think I can do to mimick this movement is zercher squats. I kept the weight low to get used to the movement. I only worked up to 135. My legs didn’t really feel it but it hurt the hell out of my arms where I held the weight. I went a$$ to ground so it should also help my ROM when I get back to regular squats.
