Squat 20
Thursday, April 30th, 2009That was brutal. My first Squat 20 workout killed me. If you have never cramped at the bottom of a squat trust me when I say that it is not pleasant. I already know that tomorrow will be painful and probably the day after that. If I can continue to stuff my face like crazy and get some sleep then I know I will see some results though. I need to do a better job at hydrating. I think that is why I cramped like crazy. I have been moving around a lot more than usual for work and I haven’t been downing any more water. Lesson learned.
