The missing piece of the puzzle
Monday, March 16th, 2009My workouts haven’t been an issue for a long time. The problem has been my diet. I am good at eating the right foods, I just can’t eat enough to support real growth. I think I have it figured out. If you have never heard of it there is a antihistamine called Periactin that also makes you crazy hungry. The down side is it makes you a little drowsy and dopey. I have really bad allergies, especially in the spring, so it works out great. The first couple of days I didn’t notice the hunger but I did notice that I never really felt full. But today I have felt famished all day even though I have been stuffing my face. With this new tool I should be well on my way to my goals in no time.
