It all started about 3 weeks ago when I injured my pec. It hurt like crazy and doing anything with my upper body at all was out of the question. I had been training pretty hard so I decided to take a week off. Then the day I was ready to get back in the gym I got sick as hell. I hardly left the bed for about a week. I had no appetite and no energy. I lost a ton of weight, around 15 pounds all together in this time period. I finally made it back today and it was pretty rough. My energy level is still pretty low and my lifts were crap. I am back to eating healthy and getting lots of fluids so hopefully this is only temporary. If I am still dragging on Monday I will had back to the Doc. It is pretty frustrating because I was making a lot of progress. With some hard work and discipline I should be able to make up what I lost in no time.
