I met my short term goal weight of 160. My diet has been coming together and I am feelgin more solid. I feel tons better and I feeling pretty motivated to keep going. My long term goal is around 185 at 10% BF.
I was pissing and moaning yesterday becuase I couldn’t get on the leg press, but the way my legs feel today I think it may have been a blessing in disguise. They are not sore yet, but I have a feeling that the next couple of days will be rough.
I am about the nicest guy in the world, except for two times. First, I get a little raod rage. I am very easily frustrated in the car. I am working on it and I think I have imporved a lot. No birds lately.
The other time is in the gym. I get really focused and I am not one to socialize when I am working out. I don’t have a problem with a littel chit chat. I DO have a problem with cell phones in the gym. Taking 20 minutes on the leg press because you want to BS about the Indians game is more than a littel rude. If you are a doctor or maybe an expecting father you need to be on "call". For everyone else I think the world can live without you for an hour while you are working out. Keep the phone in your freakin locker. No one wants to hear your business, so shut the hell up!
It was a great week overall. I didn’t miss a single workout and they were all pretty intense. To still get some occasional DOMS at this point feels good. My diet was clean. I didn’t eat quite as much the past few days but I might have been eating too much the first few days anyhow. The only cheat I had was a pack of Skittles. I had a whole box at one point from a while back and I found them last night when I was cleaning out my cupboards. I threw out the rest though. I am tweaking my diet a little this week as well as my workouts. I’m getting there.
