I was going to lift but I fell asleep when I got home from work. By the time I woke up it was around 5 and like all gyms my place is crowded. So I ended up using my rowing machine for a half hour. I have been using it as my primary cardio for a little bit now. I think it is working as I am getting some more definition in my back.
30 minutes of HITT on rower
1 minute work/rest intervals
