1st weigh in
Monday, May 28th, 2007I am still recovering from mi injury but I did my first weigh in today. As I expected, I lost a lot of weight, I went from about 158-160 to 150.
My long range goal is to get to 190 in single digit bodyfat by by 27th birthday. I have 16 months to do it. That averages out to about 2.5 pounds a month. Thats pretty reasonable. It think I get there while keeping a pretty low bodyfat percentage. I think my problem last time was I was too eager and tried to rush. Slow and steady wins the race. I am going to concentrate a little more on form this time. Hopefully that way I will avoid any future issues.
On a side note my wrist is feeling better. I still have a few weeks of rest just to make sure.
