Today I started my new plan, just getting a head start the New Year. It was rough. I have really let myself go. I have been wokring out but apparently not very hard because I was struggling.
I am doing a 5×5 prgram that I got from S2B. I thought about leaving out the wieghts becuase they suck but I thnk it gives me extra motivation.
Barbell Front Squat 5setsx5reps 135 pounds (too light)
Incline Bench 5×5 at 125 (need to go up a little)
Bulgarian Front Squat 2×8 30 dumbbells
One Arm Row with elbow out (elbow out makes it a lot tougher) 2×8 30 dumbbell
Its a start but I have a long way too go.
