No Pain No Gain
Yep everyone this is my first blog on body building.com and i am really excited about it. For u guy and ladies out there i intend to use this blog to detail all my training and the various supplements that would aid me in achieving my goal of perfection. I started hitting the weights five months ago, the first few months were as painful as i can recall. if i was not falling sick i was too tired to attend classes, it was just a mess.I vividly remember spending four hours in the gym six days in a week, that was insane. As the months progressed i started reading a lot more article on body building and with time i was able to figure out what i was doing wrong. As a result i have been able to take total control of my workouts, sometimes i find myself advising some guys in the gym. So far i have been seeing some good results, i intend to try some other stuffs and see what happens. As my blog progresses, i would not only be writing on my training but also the supplements i would be using and what advantages or disadvantages it is conferring on me. Alright body builders i think i have to go to bed now. talk to you guys later.
