		<description><![CDATA[For the past 6 months or so, I&#8217;ve really enjoyed adding bodyweight exercises to my routines.  I&#8217;ve always been about building long, lean muscle and these exercises are perfect.  Here are some of my favorites:
Pullups, Chinups, Pushups, squats, lunges, dips, burgees, mountain climbers, and jumps.
Any other ideas?

		<description><![CDATA[I can&#8217;t believe how long it&#8217;s been since I posted!
I&#8217;ve still been working.&#160; My diet has slip sometimes but I&#8217;ve still been gyming it.&#160; Unfortunately as I was hoping to lose some weight I&#8217;ve only added inches to my arms, chest, legs, ect which is good I suppose but now I have to get bigger [...]]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I can&#8217;t believe how long it&#8217;s been since I posted!</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve still been working.&nbsp; My diet has slip sometimes but I&#8217;ve still been gyming it.&nbsp; Unfortunately as I was hoping to lose some weight I&#8217;ve only added inches to my arms, chest, legs, ect which is good I suppose but now I have to get bigger clothes which is kind of strange to tell people when I&#8217;ve been working out and dieting so much.&nbsp; Oh well, my waist is definitely getting smaller.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve always had a big chest compared to my waist and now that is even more pronounced. </p>

<p>Diet is still going pretty good.&nbsp; I&#8217;m house sitting for someone this week and they don&#8217;t have all the food that I need unfortunately.&nbsp; I brought over some whey and that&#8217;s helped out a lot.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well I&#8217;d say I was happy with my results.&nbsp; The stuff didn&#8217;t taste too great but it wasn&#8217;t awful(I know that will change in about 2 weeks).&nbsp; I did legs and shoulders today with 20 minutes of HIIT.&nbsp; The NO was great.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t ever drink caffeine except for the occasional green tea so I&#8217;m sure that hit me pretty hard.&nbsp; It was a great pump up for my workout because I was hyper and almost out of my body.&nbsp; I can&#8217;t say that it really helped me lift a lot more (although I can&#8217;t be sure) but it was interesting and I&#8217;ll use it again.&nbsp; I don&#8217;t plan on using it everyday, probably only 2 maybe 3 days a week on my really hard workouts.&nbsp; That way I won&#8217;t build up a tolerance.&nbsp; Plus I&#8217;m already pretty motivated without the stuff.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>I just took one scoop with about 16 oz of water and stirred it up.&nbsp; Next time I&#8217;ll probably use a little less water so I&#8217;m not drinking for 10 minutes.&nbsp; The results were somewhat instantaneous.&nbsp; I was just suddenly on a caffeine like hype.&nbsp; The effects only seemed to last about an hour and a half for me which is all I need but I suppose I could drink another scoop as I begin my workout to keep the effects lasting strong.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>Today concludes the end of my first month of training (4 weeks) and I&#8217;m pretty excited.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve been keeping to my diet very well minus 2 big cheat meals.&nbsp; If I can keep the up I&#8217;m very excited about what I&#8217;ll look like and feel like in August.&nbsp; Next week I start an even more intense workout filled with cardio and weights all in the same sets and it&#8217;s going to be a blast.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br />
