Hey there young man.
to limit the effects of your sleep fast, you want a slow digested protein,
I learned on this site that eggs, combo a few whites and one or two yolks, or cottage cheese. a protein called caseim is pretty good to. I also have a small amount of almonds with my eggs.

Snacking is a good thing, planned snacks are the best

yep, i'm in the same boat as you man.. (sorry for the corny pun).. I've seen some fairly decent mounts at a local shop out here on east coast.. Might want to go into one of the more respected shops and see if they know someone unloading an older bike.. Heck they might even let you post up a wanted add.. Good luck man.. BTW what sort of boat is that might it be a 440?

Creatine helps by letting you workout harder, longer. If you take creative but don't lift REALLY hard, it is a waste of money. Also, before you go that route, check your family's medical history for kidney problems. Creatine and excess protein puts a strain on your kidneys over time. If you want to live a long, healthy life without dialysis, you might want to think twice before taking creatine.

I sail a bit slower. But 7 knots on a 42 foot Hunter charter boat (basically a floating RV) and dodging giant container ships coming into the port of Miami is as much fun as 130 mph blasting past semi trucks on my motorcycle. My version of sailing is decidedly not an athletic event. It's just a really cool vacation. Maybe I get some exercise when I jump off the boat to go snorkeling. : )

Thats why they're called deck apes! And on smaller boats try going out on a trapeze in 3 degree weather. Keeping the boat upright in shifting winds while trying not to be dunked in the water.

Advice: Be patient. Results don't come overnight.
Don't fret a cheat meal. One meal won't make you big, one won't make you lean. Consistency is key. More good than bad wins.
Read, study, learn. Try new programs every 4 weeks. Find out what works for your body. We are all different, and react to stimulus in different ways.
Other than that, stick with it. Good luck!
