I’ve been eating some extra protein for a couple of years now, mainly just for health reasons. Breakfast smoothies and stuff like that. I just got a couple of boxes of the Lean Body bars because those things are ****ing delicious! I’ve thought about trying N.O. explode but I’m not really sure if I need it. I’m not squatting the weight of a small car, do I really need it?
I’ve read a lot over the years and from mens health about creatine. To be honest I really don’t know much about it even after all that reading (haha). Would this benefit my as well? My goals at this point are more weight loss based than building extreme muscle.
