I can’t believe how long it’s been since I posted!
I’ve still been working. My diet has slip sometimes but I’ve still been gyming it. Unfortunately as I was hoping to lose some weight I’ve only added inches to my arms, chest, legs, ect which is good I suppose but now I have to get bigger clothes which is kind of strange to tell people when I’ve been working out and dieting so much. Oh well, my waist is definitely getting smaller. I’ve always had a big chest compared to my waist and now that is even more pronounced.
Well I’m off to the gym now. Enjoy!
