			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yep&#8230;.Got just a tad bit relaxed on the eating and cardio&#8230;And it shows&#8230;It always shows up sooo fast on my body&#8230;I am ready to do this again&#8230;Just needed a break, I guess&#8230;Still ate clean, just had some stuff I really didn&#8217;t need here and there&#8230;I am 32 years old and going through Menopause&#8230;They are giving me testerone shots every 8-12 weeks and I am taking Estrogen in pill form everyday&#8230;.I also am having anxiety due to this really bad&#8230;They put me on medication that my body so didnt like..I felt like it relaxed me too much..I didn;t care what I ate and didn&#8217;t care if I did anything..I am have been just super tired..But yesterday, I decided to conquer this without any meds&#8230;I am just so sensitive&#8230;Good thing that I am not a druggie..LOL..If you have any suggestions, I am all ears&#8230;.I have struggled with bulimia in the past and felt like I was wanting to do it again&#8230;I think that is the main reason I wanted to quit the meds&#8230;I never want to go down that devilish path&#8230;I had a great back workout today&#8230;.Felt really great getting to the track and getting the sprints done..I would like to go and do some steady state or HIIT for 30 more in the evening&#8230;I hope you all have a great day&#8230;Hugs</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>ANd got a shot in my booty&#8230;Ouchie&#8230;Did that stop me..uh, no&#8230;.DId weights yesterday morning at 4:40 am but the time cardio in the afternoon rolled around&#8230;Felt like I was literally dying&#8230;So my hubby made me go to the doctor..So I went&#8230;Actually could not handle feeling like crud anymore and was afraid that I was going to get pnuemonia&#8230;I started couging up yucky stuff that was yellow with blood in it&#8230;SO..was not too good&#8230;I had a sinus infection plus bronchitis&#8230;Got a shot and 3 different kinds of meds&#8230;The antibiotic they gave me was 120 dollars for 5, yes 5 antibotics&#8230;Wowzers&#8230;But if it helps me&#8230;I don&#8217;t care&#8230;But, on the sunny side I got cardio and weights in today&#8230;Early&#8230;Again&#8230;But I just love getting it done&#8230;Eats have been really good&#8230;I only weighed 100 pounds yesterday..I really don&#8217;t understand why my weight is so low&#8230;I don&#8217;t look bony though..I think I look really muscular&#8230;Maybe because all of the Black Powder got out of my system, in which had creatine and such in it&#8230;It is soooo pretty here in Georgia right now&#8230;Supposed to get up to mid 50&#8217;s&#8230;ANd I wonder why I get sick&#8230;This weather is on some serious crack&#8230;LOL&#8230;Anyhoo, I am ready for Valentines Day to come&#8230;I am ready to get back in the tanning bed plus get a much deserved pedicure&#8230;Ahhhhh&#8230;.Heaven&#8230;.Not for sure what my hubby wants&#8230;Since I am a cake decorator he can count on a beautiful cake&#8230;Well, hugs to all&#8230;</p>

<p>Workout:cardio only today&#8230;22 minutes of HIIT-run fast as fast can be for 1 minute then light jog for 1 minute&#8230;Stepping the cardio up to 30-45 minutes from here on out.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hey all&#8230;Hope you had a great weekend&#8230;Mine was very relaxing&#8230;Spent alot of time with my family&#8230;Which I always do on the weekends&#8230;It seems like we are always rushing through the week&#8230;In which I cannot stand&#8230;I feel like I don&#8217;t get to spend enough time with my loves of my life&#8230;I had some great workouts too&#8230;ALthough Sunday I didn&#8217;t do cardio&#8230;I did plyos on Saturday&#8230;woke up sore Sunday&#8230;LOL..My goal for this week is to do 6 days cardio and 4 days weights&#8230;Going to see how my body like that&#8230;We just had some snowflakes here in Georgia&#8230;Nothing big&#8230;Already stopped&#8230;Hoping to go to the park soon&#8230;.If it warms up&#8230;.Gavinn, my 4 year old will get to ride his bike while I get some cardio&#8230;Well hugs to all..</p>

<p>Plyos from Jamie Eason card routine</p>
<p>3 sets of 20  jump squats<br />
3 sets of 20  jumping jacks<br />
3 sets of 20 alternating jump lunges<br />
3 sets of 20 high knees<br />
3 sets of 20  mountain climbers<br />
3 sets of 20 running butt kicks<br />
3 sets of 20 wide push ups<br />
3 sets of 20 jumping jacks<br />
3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches</p>
<p>Weights: lower body</p>
<p>BB Squats: 4x 15<br />
Walking Lunges: 4&#215;12<br />
Jump Squats:4&#215;20 <br />
Hack  Squats: 4&#215;12<br />
Deadlift: 4&#215;10</p>
<p>Weighted abs</p>
<p>Sunday workout: mixed upper:all were 2&#215;15, 1&#215;6-heavy, dropset of 6</p>

<p> **Too cold to run at park so I did 50 minute dvd of Turbo Jam&#8230;awesome and fun at the same time&#8230;</p>
<p>Eats so far:</p>
<p>M1: 4 ew, 2.5 oz turkey sausage, 1/4 cup grits=all cooked and mixed together</p>

		<title>Sunny but cold Saturday</title>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Uh huh&#8230;It is very cold for us here in Georgia&#8230;LOL&#8230;It was like 12 yesterday&#8230;Not good for me&#8230;So the sinus infection is not any better and although I have insurance I cannot afford to go to the doctor because with my insurance you have to meet a deductible at the beginning of every year&#8230;Which is not right&#8230;.That basically means you have to pay tons of money out of your own wallet&#8230;Almost full price for meds and doctors visits&#8230;So I suffer so my family can have food and a roof over there head&#8230;But me and Claratin sinus are becoming pretty good friends&#8230;LOL&#8230;.But anyhoo, haven&#8217;t worked out since Monday or ate good either..Not good&#8230;But I vow to do better today..Since I am all bloated up and not feeling so pretty&#8230;But it is nobodys fault but my own..I plan on doing some HIIT at the local track later in the day&#8230;.It is supposed to warm up to atleast 40 today&#8230;I can run in 30 but not 15&#8230;LOL&#8230;Well all, hope you all have a great Saturday&#8230;Lots of hugs</p>
