Worked That Cardio Wednesday
WOOHOO….I am so proud of myself…I did it….I did it…45 minutes of HIIT this morning…And it felt great..I felt so accomplished..Anyhoo, so as you can tell, I worked that pavement today…
WORKOUT:
45 minutes of HIIT-15 minutes-run one minute, walk one minute
15 minutes walk 1, run 2
15 minutes run 1, walk 2
Eats so far:
M1: 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1/4 cup oats(dry), 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg-pancakes, 3 turkey sausage links
M2: this is the best I could do-McDonalds is where the family wanted to eat lunch..SO I had a grilled chicken sandwich-plain—–but—–only ate the chicken itself and half of one of the ww bun…ANd it upset my belly tremendously..

Great job on the HIIT, a proven way to go. Mickey Ds will tear you up for sure. I like your avi with the youngster chillin on the couch watching.
