Finally Went to the Doctor Friday

ANd got a shot in my booty…Ouchie…Did that stop me..uh, no….DId weights yesterday morning at 4:40 am but the time cardio in the afternoon rolled around…Felt like I was literally dying…So my hubby made me go to the doctor..So I went…Actually could not handle feeling like crud anymore and was afraid that I was going to get pnuemonia…I started couging up yucky stuff that was yellow with blood in it…SO..was not too good…I had a sinus infection plus bronchitis…Got a shot and 3 different kinds of meds…The antibiotic they gave me was 120 dollars for 5, yes 5 antibotics…Wowzers…But if it helps me…I don’t care…But, on the sunny side I got cardio and weights in today…Early…Again…But I just love getting it done…Eats have been really good…I only weighed 100 pounds yesterday..I really don’t understand why my weight is so low…I don’t look bony though..I think I look really muscular…Maybe because all of the Black Powder got out of my system, in which had creatine and such in it…It is soooo pretty here in Georgia right now…Supposed to get up to mid 50’s…ANd I wonder why I get sick…This weather is on some serious crack…LOL…Anyhoo, I am ready for Valentines Day to come…I am ready to get back in the tanning bed plus get a much deserved pedicure…Ahhhhh….Heaven….Not for sure what my hubby wants…Since I am a cake decorator he can count on a beautiful cake…Well, hugs to all…

Workout yesterday:

BB  Squats: 4 x 10 Superset With  BB Lunges: 4 x 8
Jump Squats: 4 x 15
Hack Squats: 4 x 10
Deadlift: 4 x 8

Todays workout:

Shoulder Press: 4 x 10 Superset With
Lying Rear Delt Raises: 4 x 10
Cable Hammer Curls: 4 x 10 Superset With
Rope Pushdowns: 4 x 10
T-Bar Rows: 4 x 10
Seated Cable Rows: 4 x 10
Oblique Crunches: 3 x 20
Cardio- 4 minute warm up fast walk then 26 minutes of sprints-run fast as I can for 30 sec, walk fast for 1 minute

Later-weighted abs

Eats so far:

M1: 1 cup Kashi cereal, 1 banana(preworkout)

M2: 2 slice ww-low carb bread-toasted, 4 egg whites, 2 ounces turkey sausage=sandwich(postworkout)
