Magical Monday
Hey all…Hope you had a great weekend…Mine was very relaxing…Spent alot of time with my family…Which I always do on the weekends…It seems like we are always rushing through the week…In which I cannot stand…I feel like I don’t get to spend enough time with my loves of my life…I had some great workouts too…ALthough Sunday I didn’t do cardio…I did plyos on Saturday…woke up sore Sunday…LOL..My goal for this week is to do 6 days cardio and 4 days weights…Going to see how my body like that…We just had some snowflakes here in Georgia…Nothing big…Already stopped…Hoping to go to the park soon….If it warms up….Gavinn, my 4 year old will get to ride his bike while I get some cardio…Well hugs to all..

Plyos from Jamie Eason card routine
3 sets of 20 jump squats
3 sets of 20 jumping jacks
3 sets of 20 alternating jump lunges
3 sets of 20 high knees
3 sets of 20 mountain climbers
3 sets of 20 running butt kicks
3 sets of 20 wide push ups
3 sets of 20 jumping jacks
3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches
Weights: lower body
BB Squats: 4x 15
Walking Lunges: 4×12
Jump Squats:4×20
Hack Squats: 4×12
Deadlift: 4×10
Weighted abs
Sunday workout: mixed upper:all were 2×15, 1×6-heavy, dropset of 6

**Too cold to run at park so I did 50 minute dvd of Turbo Jam…awesome and fun at the same time…

M1: 4 ew, 2.5 oz turkey sausage, 1/4 cup grits=all cooked and mixed together
