ANd got a shot in my booty…Ouchie…Did that stop me..uh, no….DId weights yesterday morning at 4:40 am but the time cardio in the afternoon rolled around…Felt like I was literally dying…So my hubby made me go to the doctor..So I went…Actually could not handle feeling like crud anymore and was afraid that I was going to get pnuemonia…I started couging up yucky stuff that was yellow with blood in it…SO..was not too good…I had a sinus infection plus bronchitis…Got a shot and 3 different kinds of meds…The antibiotic they gave me was 120 dollars for 5, yes 5 antibotics…Wowzers…But if it helps me…I don’t care…But, on the sunny side I got cardio and weights in today…Early…Again…But I just love getting it done…Eats have been really good…I only weighed 100 pounds yesterday..I really don’t understand why my weight is so low…I don’t look bony though..I think I look really muscular…Maybe because all of the Black Powder got out of my system, in which had creatine and such in it…It is soooo pretty here in Georgia right now…Supposed to get up to mid 50’s…ANd I wonder why I get sick…This weather is on some serious crack…LOL…Anyhoo, I am ready for Valentines Day to come…I am ready to get back in the tanning bed plus get a much deserved pedicure…Ahhhhh….Heaven….Not for sure what my hubby wants…Since I am a cake decorator he can count on a beautiful cake…Well, hugs to all…

Lying Rear Delt Raises: 4 x 10

Oblique Crunches: 3 x 20
Cardio- 4 minute warm up fast walk then 26 minutes of sprints-run fast as I can for 30 sec, walk fast for 1 minute

Eats so far:
M1: 1 cup Kashi cereal, 1 banana(preworkout)
M2: 2 slice ww-low carb bread-toasted, 4 egg whites, 2 ounces turkey sausage=sandwich(postworkout)

But Very cold…That is ok…Sunny skies make up for it…It doesn’t matter how cold it is…If the sun is out…I am in such great spirits…Plus with our new President in office is the icing on the cake…I mean the cherry on top…I mean…Well, I will just stop right there before I make us all want something sweet..LOL…School is in session today…It did snow a little bit more yesterday but eventually it stopped..So no ice on the roads this morning…Which is always great…:)…Not much going on today…Just work…and the norm…I did however manage to get a 22 minute HIIT run in this morning in the 10 degree weather…I was all warm but my face..Have to invest in a full face mask thingee…Ok have to go…Break is over…Hugs and love..
Workout:cardio only today…22 minutes of HIIT-run fast as fast can be for 1 minute then light jog for 1 minute…Stepping the cardio up to 30-45 minutes from here on out.

Hey all…Hope you had a great weekend…Mine was very relaxing…Spent alot of time with my family…Which I always do on the weekends…It seems like we are always rushing through the week…In which I cannot stand…I feel like I don’t get to spend enough time with my loves of my life…I had some great workouts too…ALthough Sunday I didn’t do cardio…I did plyos on Saturday…woke up sore Sunday…LOL..My goal for this week is to do 6 days cardio and 4 days weights…Going to see how my body like that…We just had some snowflakes here in Georgia…Nothing big…Already stopped…Hoping to go to the park soon….If it warms up….Gavinn, my 4 year old will get to ride his bike while I get some cardio…Well hugs to all..

Uh huh…It is very cold for us here in Georgia…LOL…It was like 12 yesterday…Not good for me…So the sinus infection is not any better and although I have insurance I cannot afford to go to the doctor because with my insurance you have to meet a deductible at the beginning of every year…Which is not right….That basically means you have to pay tons of money out of your own wallet…Almost full price for meds and doctors visits…So I suffer so my family can have food and a roof over there head…But me and Claratin sinus are becoming pretty good friends…LOL….But anyhoo, haven’t worked out since Monday or ate good either..Not good…But I vow to do better today..Since I am all bloated up and not feeling so pretty…But it is nobodys fault but my own..I plan on doing some HIIT at the local track later in the day….It is supposed to warm up to atleast 40 today…I can run in 30 but not 15…LOL…Well all, hope you all have a great Saturday…Lots of hugs

What a great Monday…I woke up this morning not wanting to do my workout…Did I do it…You bet I did….I did had an awesome leg workout…Later after work will come the sprints at the track….Lots of fun doing those..Love those…Thank you Buffmother for making me do those when I was training with you….Hugs to her….Anyhoo, really busy today so better go…Hugs and love..

But it is a great day despite the fact…Got a great HIIT run in around 9 am with the whole family…We bundled everyone up and off we went…It was only like 30 out there…But not too cold to get a great run in….The kids love it outside anyways…LOL…They could care less….Then we let youngest son, Gavinn, drive around the park..There was no one there so it was really fun…He is only 4 remember…HEHEHE…He thought he was the stuff….He is…I have to say that my sinus infection feels better today…Thank goodness…All is good but with my ears…ANy suggestions…They really hurt…Feel stopped up and ache…I tried sweet oil and I think it made them worse…Oh, supposed to go and watch MMA last night..DIdn’t happen…Entirely too much money to pay when you don’t even know who is on the card or anything about them…Don’t these people know that the economy is really in the hole…So instead we went to BlockBuster and rented some movies…Disaster movie…it is ok…Then the boys got speed racer-animated version…Guess what comes out at the movies on Friday, Feb. 13….are you ready…My favorite….Friday the 13th…I am soooo excited..I love Jason….You know he beat up Freddy..>HHAHAHAHAHA..You see, Freddy is my hubby’s favorite…Nightmare on Elm Street is nothing compared to Jason and Crystal Lake…LOL…Anyhoo, now if we can only find a babysitter for that night…Probably not…Darn it…But maybe…Oh, and about the home we looked at that needed tons of work to it…We discussed it over and over and had a mutual agreement that it was just entirely too much work to have to be done…SO we look on….ANd the beat goes on Da Da Da Da…Well hope you all are keeping strong even though it is the weekend…Remember champions are made on the weekend…ANd I was a super duper champion this weekend…WOOHOO..Hugs and love to all.

Uh huh…That is what I am today..LOL…I am having a sassy day….Sassy meaning great to me…I still have the sinus infection along with constipation…But hey…It won’t stop me…Da Da De Da Da Da…So there…I got up at 8 am this morning and did my workout…No specific part of the body..Basically all…HEHEHE…No cardio today..But tomorrow it is on….I will do HIIT on the track tomorrow…Love it…ANd it will be an off day for weights..Then starts a brand new week…I did awesome this past week…Which I knew I would…Because I believe in myself…Something I used to not do…Shame on me…Anyhoo, getting close to supper time…Good cause I am hungry and haven’t ate hardly nothing all day…Bad me…The family is having lasanga for supper….Me on the other hand, I am having my usual…Supposed to go and watch some MMA that is about 30 minutes away tonight…I hope it is not a waste..Hugs and love…Keep strong ..Don’t let the weekend ruin all of your hard work during the week..

Through my workout…LOL..It was tough but I still did it…Very cold too…BRRR….Did some sprints and then worked the legs out…Got up at 4:50 am and started….Anyhoo, very happy for the Florida Gators..I was sooooo happy to see the score this morning..Tried to stay up and watch it…I made it until half time…I didn’t sleep good at all the night before so I had to go to bed…Bed woke up and ran to my computer to check it out….WOOHOO…Chomp, Chomp, and Chomp….HEHEHEE…Really glad it is Friday…Getting back on schedule has been rough for us all…But I love being on a schedule…Sinus infection….Um,,,,just a tad better…That is all…But a tad is better than none…Yeppers…Well, better go…Hope you all have a great day and an even greater weekend..hugs

I have been taking Claritin for my sinus infection and that stuff makes me super thirsty…I have been tearing up some water…LOL..I took some last night before bed and all I can say is WHAT A MISTAKE….I could not sleep at all…Tossed and turned….So not tonight…I have to get some rest…Anyhoo, went and looked at the house yesterday…We are really unsure…It needs ALOT of things done inside…The floors are wavy and would definitely have to be redone…It is a fixer upper for sure…That is really what we wanted but not that much…LOL..But the price is great…I don’t know…My husband is going to take one of his friends whom does constuction and see what he thinks…I would rather pay 30,000 more and have a brand new one, ya know…SO we will see…I did my weights this morning and plan to do cardio such as sprints ater work…The boys like to go to the park and ride there bikes while I run…My hubby and I take turns running…I think it is his turn to go first, darn it…LOL…ANyhoo, hope you all have a great day…hugs
