Super Sunday
Sunday, December 7th, 2008First off…Yipeeeee for the Florida Gators…..Yippee…Georgia is my team, but gotta love the Gators too…Anyhoo, thought I needed to blog since it has been forever…I am just a big lurker…HaHa…I did a great plyo workout today…Wanted to go and do some sprints, but it is way cold here…I need to suck it up and do it anyway…My legs were shaking after the cardio workout…I got it from someone on here…Forget who…Shame on me…So many wonderful people here..Eats have been perfect for quite sometime..I am getting ready for my 7 year anniversary with my hubby…I would like to put something really sexy on for him and be confident in it…Hope you all have a great Sunday…Hugs
Workout:
5 minute jump rope-warm up, 4 x25 plyo jump squats per leg, 4×20 alternating lunges per leg with arms up, 5 minute jump roping, 4×20 sets of abs, 5 minute jump roping, glute raise-4×20 each leg, front kick-2×25 each leg, rear kick-2×25 each leg, then ended with 5 minute jump rope
Eats so far: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cp oats, 2 oz turkey sausage, blended and cooked as pancakes:1 packet of splenda added to top
