Tough Tuesday
Tuesday, April 8th, 2008I started my day doing outside intervals..HIIT..written up by my trainer, Michelle Berger, aka..Buffmother..com…It was a totally differwent experience from the treadmill..LOL..I loved it…I am going back to the gym this afternoon to do legs..lower body…I was supposed to do it yesterday, but my belly wasn’t cooperating…We will leave it at that…I think I bought a bad carton of eggs…Anyhoo, I have 4 weeks and 4 days until I walk onstage for my first comp..I have been practicing my posing…I just have a problem with my back pose…I think everyone does at first…I will get it though..LOL..Hope you all have a great day..Lots of hugs..
Eats so far:M1: protein powder and water for pre workout shake
M2: half cup oats, 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 tbsp nat pb=oatmeal muffins
M3: 3 oz grilled Extra lean turkey burger, 1/8 cup almonds, cup mixed greens
Workout so far: 20 minutes HIIT running outside…Loved it…..Just me and the wind….
