Wednesday, October 24th, 2007First day in the gym today. I had been woking out at home, so now it is on. I want to compete within a year so I really need to step up. I am going to do Back and Biceps today..And maybe some cardio. I am so excited.
Eats: half cup oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, handful of blueberries (M1)
