Tune Up Tuesday

I am tuning up my body..LOL…Having great workouts lately…Must be all the great eating..So I must confess..DH took me to Olive Garden last night…I was like oh no…But I can do this…LOL…So no breadsticks…Way to go me….Woohoo…A little bit of the salad…I didn’t like it too well…I ordered the Grill something…Basically it was grilled steak, chicken, yellow and green squash on skewers then some kind of potatoes..They looked fried so I didn’t touch them…I just still don’t have much of an appetite…I ate like 2 pieces of the steak, 1 piece of the chicken and some of the squash mixture….DH took the rest of it with him to work today…ANyhoo, I did well…Then we went to Toys R Us to look around..Ended up getting Gavinn a crash helmet…LOL..We are going to take his training wheels off his bicycle today so we bought him some spiderman gear…Knee and elbow pads with a helmet..All is good…I hope…Went to the gym this morning and had an awesome lower body workout…That girl wasn’t there today..Good thing..LOL….Then I went outside, it felt soooo good outside, I did HIIT for 25 minutes…Great job me…I was worried about if my legs could handle running after weights but they did great…Go My Legs…Woohoo again…LOL….Hope you all are having a great day….Hugs..

Must Be Monday

LOL….I feel like nothing today…I just want to lay around and do absolutely nothing..But I can’t…The tire came just a few minutes ago and I have to go and have it put on….I had to drag myself to the gym…Although I had a pretty good workout…Not as strong as my last back and shoulder workout, but still A OK….Then the boys and I went to the park for a few….Had to go drop off the street bike payment at the post office and go by Kroger…My second home..LOL…Always needing something…And here I am..Shoving some muffins down my throat so I can go to the tire store….Oh, Tanyon came back home yesterday and I told him about his bike..He wasn’t upset at all..He said that it wasn’t a big deal….He couldn’t wipe the smile off of his face when he seen he new bike..Maybe that is why it wasn’t a big deal…Thank goodness….I was all worried for nothing,,,,Got my panties in a wad….Darn it….Me…LOL…ANyhoo, after reading everyone POA for this week and seeing how great everyone did last week, I am even more pumped up…We are going to rock this challenge and have an awesome body in 9 more weeks…I hope you all are having a great day…Hugs

Superstar challenge week 2

This is week 2 in the Buffmother.com challenge…We have 10 weeks to show her…aka..Michelle Berger…what our bodies can do…Last week, which was week one, was one of the best weeks, workout wise and eat wise, that I have had in a while..I have been fighting a UTI so I have been induring some pain through these tough workouts…But I am not going to sit at home and hurt…I can workout and hurt..LOL…SO this past week out of 7 days, I did cardio 6 days and weights 5 days..I took one day off, which was Wednesday…Eats have been so healthy and my body loves me for it..It has some noticeable changes already…I am really proud…I am going to have an even better weeek this week..Hoping this UTI will go away ASAP…Probably have to go back to the doctor tomorrow though..I hope you all have a great week….GO TEAM BUFFMOTHER…..For all you moms out there…check us out…Buffmother.com…..Great bunch of chickees…..

1 week on challenge comes tomorrow

Um, well, not so good this week…I had a couple of great days, then my eats would go bad…Off and on all week…I went back to the gym Friday…It felt really good to go back..Had been 2 weeks or so..I just needed a break…I was so burn out…Yesterday I had a yard sale, so no gym..They close at 12 on Saturdays…I went today and had an awesome leg workout then I did 30 minutes on the stairstepper…Since I didn’t do good on my challenge this week..I don’t get anything special..I was going to get a pedicure…I will have one the end of this week..I am going to do great…I tried the Superpump 250 today by Gaspari and I don’t know about it…Maybe I need to do the 2 scoops…I was taking Black Powder by MRI, but after seeing Fern’s blog about this stuff, I really wanted to try it…I had a little bit of a pump, but nothing special…I will see how tomorrow goes with 2 scoops..Hugs and have a great night..

M2:pp, half banana, 1 tbsp natural pb, water, ice, splenda(1)

M3: 5 oz turkey burger, 2 cups brocolli and cauliflower: all mixed

M4: will be another shake like M2::

Any suggestions on meals or the Superpump 250

Day 1 of my 6 week challenge

I am not for sure of my stats but I will get those up soon…I am so excited to do this…I have got a little soft and I don’t like it..I have been eating whatever…SO I am ready to get back on track with my eating..I am about to do my workout….Have a great day…

Workout:

Turbo Jam:: Cardio Party 3-dance and kickboxing type dvd-50 minutes or so

Back, SHoulders and Biceps

Eats:planned and will happen

Had Black Powder

M1) pp, half cup oats, water=smoothie

M2) 4 oz turkey burger, greens

M3)pp, half cup oatmeal=smoothie again

M4) 4 oz turkey meat, lots of greens, pumpkin

M5) jello-sf and lite cool whip

 

Also did 100 bw squats…..My booty is hurting…LOL…

Hi all..I am ready to start a new challenge for myself…It will be a 6 week challenge just to get me back with the program…

1) I will post weekly blogs of how everything is going

2) Do cardio 6 times a week

3) Weights 5 times a week

4) eat clean with 3 servings of complex carbs a day

Tough Tuesday

I started my day doing outside intervals..HIIT..written up by my trainer, Michelle Berger, aka..Buffmother..com…It was a totally differwent experience from the treadmill..LOL..I loved it…I am going back to the gym this afternoon to do legs..lower body…I was supposed to do it yesterday, but my belly wasn’t cooperating…We will leave it at that…I think I bought a bad carton of eggs…Anyhoo, I have 4 weeks and 4 days until I walk onstage for my first comp..I have been practicing my posing…I just have a problem with my back pose…I think everyone does at first…I will get it though..LOL..Hope you all have a great day..Lots of hugs..

Eats so far:M1: protein powder and water for pre workout shake

M2: half cup oats, 5 egg whites, 1 yolk, 1 tbsp nat pb=oatmeal muffins

M3: 3 oz grilled Extra lean turkey burger, 1/8 cup almonds, cup mixed greens

Workout so far: 20 minutes HIIT running outside…Loved it…..Just me and the wind….

7 for 7 abs…..In the After baby abs Book By Buffmother….Awesome ab workouts…..

I cannot believe that I am almost there…May 10 is coming up fast…Michelle Berger..Buffmother.com has been training me for my first competition..She added about 7 pounds to my frame..Now we are stripping the fat away.. I so blew up like a puffer fish from the creatine..I am glad to be off of it..SO weight today is 104.9..I believe the highest my weight rose was 111..That is alot for me..LOL..I did some posing today..It is so hard for me to get the back right..I do legs today..Eats have been awesome…LEan and clean..Have a great Monday all of you bodybuilders..Hugs..
