Took My Legs to School Thursday

HEHEHEHE…They are 100% toast…Eats going pretty good today…I would say a 8 out of a 10—So that is good for me…Hope all of you have a great night..Hugs

Workout:

BB Squats: 4×140x9

Calf Raises: 4×150x9

BB Lunges: 4×130x9-each leg

RDL: 4×105x9

Leg Extension: 4×110x9

Lying Leg Curls: 4×65x9

Cardio: 30 minutes HIIT-Ran 1 minute, walked 1 minute

 

Eats:

M1: 1/4 cup oats-dry-1/4 cup pumpkin, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites=pancakes, 3 turkey sausage links

M2: 1/2 cup oatmeal-dry, 1/4 cup blueberries-mixed and cooked together, 3 egg whites, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 ff slice cheese=omelet

M3: 1 cup Cherrios, 12 almonds-my trail mix-LOL

M4: lean sirloin steak- small salad

M5: snack-sf jello with banana and cool whip-lite-1 tbsp

Worked That Cardio Wednesday

WOOHOO….I am so proud of myself…I did it….I did it…45 minutes of HIIT this morning…And it felt great..I felt so accomplished..Anyhoo, so as you can tell, I worked that pavement today…

WORKOUT:

45 minutes of HIIT-15 minutes-run one minute, walk one minute

15 minutes walk 1, run 2

15 minutes run 1, walk 2

Eats so far:

M1: 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1/4 cup oats(dry), 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg-pancakes, 3 turkey sausage links

M2: this is the best I could do-McDonalds is where the family wanted to eat lunch..SO I had a grilled chicken sandwich-plain—–but—–only ate the chicken itself and half of one of the ww bun…ANd it upset my belly tremendously..

Took My Biceps to School Tuesday

Had a great shoulder and bicep workout this morning…WOW…I am already sore from it..LOL..Eating has been great…Cardio has been getting done…WOOHOO..Off of meds, in which I feel great ever since…Hope you all have a great day..Hugs

Workout:

Lateral Raise: 4×20x9-each arm

Front Raise: 4×20x9-each arm

Military Press: 4×25x9- each arm

Upright Row: 4×45x9

Hammer Curls: 4×25x9-each arm

DB Bicep Curls: 4×25x9-each arm

Cable Curls: 4×45x9

Cardio: 30 minutes of variety HIIT

10 minutes of running for 1 minute, walking 1 minute

10 minutes of running 2 minutes, walking 1 minute

10 minutes of walking 2 minutes, running 1 minute

Eats:

M1: 1/4 cup pumpkin, 1/4 cup oatmeal(dry), 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg=pancakes, 3 turkey sausage links

M2: 1/4 cup oatmeal(dry), 1/4 cup blueberries=mixed together, 1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, 2 turkey sausage links, 1 slice ff cheese=omelet

M3: 4 ounces sweet potato, 5 slices turkey bacon

M4: extra lean ground beef-grilled, 1 cup mixed frozen veggies, 1/4 cup brown rice(cooked), 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

M5-banana, 1 cup sf jello, 2 tbsp lite cool whip

**also snacked on 1 oz of almonds throughout day**

Making Improvements Monday

Yep….Got just a tad bit relaxed on the eating and cardio…And it shows…It always shows up sooo fast on my body…I am ready to do this again…Just needed a break, I guess…Still ate clean, just had some stuff I really didn’t need here and there…I am 32 years old and going through Menopause…They are giving me testerone shots every 8-12 weeks and I am taking Estrogen in pill form everyday….I also am having anxiety due to this really bad…They put me on medication that my body so didnt like..I felt like it relaxed me too much..I didn;t care what I ate and didn’t care if I did anything..I am have been just super tired..But yesterday, I decided to conquer this without any meds…I am just so sensitive…Good thing that I am not a druggie..LOL..If you have any suggestions, I am all ears….I have struggled with bulimia in the past and felt like I was wanting to do it again…I think that is the main reason I wanted to quit the meds…I never want to go down that devilish path…I had a great back workout today….Felt really great getting to the track and getting the sprints done..I would like to go and do some steady state or HIIT for 30 more in the evening…I hope you all have a great day…Hugs

wide grip lat pulldown: 2×65x12   2×75x8

close grip pulldown: 2×70x12   2×80x8

T bar row: 2×90x12   2×100x8

Seated row: 2×65x12  2×75x8

rear delts: 3×25x12 each side

Cardio: 30 minutes of sprints- goal is to get 30 more minutes of cardio in the PM

Eats: so far

M1: 2 hardboiled whole eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal(dry), 1/4 cup of blueberries

M2: 1/4 cup dry oats, 3 egg whites, 1/4 cup pumpkin=pumpoat cakes, 3 turkey sausage links

M3: 4 ounces of extra lean ground turkey, 1 turkey bacon, 1 slice ff cheese=bacon cheese burger-my way…LOL, 4 ounces sweet potato with cinnamon and one packet of splenda

 

Finally Went to the Doctor Friday

ANd got a shot in my booty…Ouchie…Did that stop me..uh, no….DId weights yesterday morning at 4:40 am but the time cardio in the afternoon rolled around…Felt like I was literally dying…So my hubby made me go to the doctor..So I went…Actually could not handle feeling like crud anymore and was afraid that I was going to get pnuemonia…I started couging up yucky stuff that was yellow with blood in it…SO..was not too good…I had a sinus infection plus bronchitis…Got a shot and 3 different kinds of meds…The antibiotic they gave me was 120 dollars for 5, yes 5 antibotics…Wowzers…But if it helps me…I don’t care…But, on the sunny side I got cardio and weights in today…Early…Again…But I just love getting it done…Eats have been really good…I only weighed 100 pounds yesterday..I really don’t understand why my weight is so low…I don’t look bony though..I think I look really muscular…Maybe because all of the Black Powder got out of my system, in which had creatine and such in it…It is soooo pretty here in Georgia right now…Supposed to get up to mid 50’s…ANd I wonder why I get sick…This weather is on some serious crack…LOL…Anyhoo, I am ready for Valentines Day to come…I am ready to get back in the tanning bed plus get a much deserved pedicure…Ahhhhh….Heaven….Not for sure what my hubby wants…Since I am a cake decorator he can count on a beautiful cake…Well, hugs to all…

Cable Hammer Curls: 4 x 10 Superset With
Rope Pushdowns: 4 x 10
T-Bar Rows: 4 x 10
Seated Cable Rows: 4 x 10
Oblique Crunches: 3 x 20
Cardio- 4 minute warm up fast walk then 26 minutes of sprints-run fast as I can for 30 sec, walk fast for 1 minute

Later-weighted abs

Eats so far:

M1: 1 cup Kashi cereal, 1 banana(preworkout)

M2: 2 slice ww-low carb bread-toasted, 4 egg whites, 2 ounces turkey sausage=sandwich(postworkout)

Welcome Sunshine Wednesday

But Very cold…That is ok…Sunny skies make up for it…It doesn’t matter how cold it is…If the sun is out…I am in such great spirits…Plus with our new President in office is the icing on the cake…I mean the cherry on top…I mean…Well, I will just stop right there before I make us all want something sweet..LOL…School is in session today…It did snow a little bit more yesterday but eventually it stopped..So no ice on the roads this morning…Which is always great…:)…Not much going on today…Just work…and the norm…I did however manage to get a 22 minute HIIT run in this morning in the 10 degree weather…I was all warm but my face..Have to invest in a full face mask thingee…Ok have to go…Break is over…Hugs and love..

Workout:cardio only today…22 minutes of HIIT-run fast as fast can be for 1 minute then light jog for 1 minute…Stepping the cardio up to 30-45 minutes from here on out.

Magical Monday

Hey all…Hope you had a great weekend…Mine was very relaxing…Spent alot of time with my family…Which I always do on the weekends…It seems like we are always rushing through the week…In which I cannot stand…I feel like I don’t get to spend enough time with my loves of my life…I had some great workouts too…ALthough Sunday I didn’t do cardio…I did plyos on Saturday…woke up sore Sunday…LOL..My goal for this week is to do 6 days cardio and 4 days weights…Going to see how my body like that…We just had some snowflakes here in Georgia…Nothing big…Already stopped…Hoping to go to the park soon….If it warms up….Gavinn, my 4 year old will get to ride his bike while I get some cardio…Well hugs to all..

Workout for Saturday:

Plyos from Jamie Eason card routine

3 sets of 20  jump squats
3 sets of 20  jumping jacks
3 sets of 20 alternating jump lunges
3 sets of 20 high knees
3 sets of 20  mountain climbers
3 sets of 20 running butt kicks
3 sets of 20 wide push ups
3 sets of 20 jumping jacks
3 sets of 20 bicycle crunches

Weights: lower body

BB Squats: 4x 15

Sunny but cold Saturday

January 17, 2009

Uh huh…It is very cold for us here in Georgia…LOL…It was like 12 yesterday…Not good for me…So the sinus infection is not any better and although I have insurance I cannot afford to go to the doctor because with my insurance you have to meet a deductible at the beginning of every year…Which is not right….That basically means you have to pay tons of money out of your own wallet…Almost full price for meds and doctors visits…So I suffer so my family can have food and a roof over there head…But me and Claratin sinus are becoming pretty good friends…LOL….But anyhoo, haven’t worked out since Monday or ate good either..Not good…But I vow to do better today..Since I am all bloated up and not feeling so pretty…But it is nobodys fault but my own..I plan on doing some HIIT at the local track later in the day….It is supposed to warm up to atleast 40 today…I can run in 30 but not 15…LOL…Well all, hope you all have a great Saturday…Lots of hugs
