Results now, please.
Thursday, March 8th, 2007So far, I have tried to focus on one thing at a time: 1. Cartio/clean diet (to lower weight) then 2. Work on muscle. Today was my first day in about a year that I even touched a weight. At my job, I’m lifting heavy objects, but nothing like lifting weights. Almost forgot what it was like, and how nice it is to feel your muscles ache the day afterwords. Today I could feel my pec muscles (even under my lowering layer of fat), which was awesome. Thats the motivation i need at this point. My absĀ were the same. Hopefully soon, I’ll start seeing some results.
