Staying motivated after the resolutions!
What is more important…trying to be a certain weight by the summer season or living a healthy and fit lifestyle every day? For me, It is not about getting to a certain number on the scale or fitting into a certain size dress/pants, etc. For me, it is the exhiliration I get every time I train…knowing that I pushed myself physically and mentally then I have before. I feel great when I train.
