Training with a cold
Sunday, January 18th, 2009so…I have been feeling under the weather since last wednesday. Sore throat, body aches and congestion…no fever, though. I struggled with not training…felt like I was being lazy! I did manage to get some ab work and light squats and some upper and middle back training done. I find it really hard to just sit around and watch television or read. I would rather be busy and doing things…but when your sick you kind of don’t have a choice but to be a bit lazy. hopefully, tommorow I will feel like I can get back at it 100%. still feel guilty for missing my leg work out though! will have to hit them harder this week….
