I have posted some new pictures. I havent beentraining much because of the month of June was spent at hospital with my dad. he passed away on July 12th and then we learned that my brother in law has stage 4 cancer of the bone. I havent felt like working out but I need to get back at it. I hope I didnt lose to much muscle tone. I lost alot of weight All my clothes are way to big. Im hoping to now build muscle I dont think Ill be doing my HIIt for now cause im at a low inmy weight for my height at 5 7 and 119 pounds. Hope all is well with everyone. and that God gives you what you may be needing today!

My father passed away last thursday . He had his aorta valve replaced and things went well then he had bleeding on his brain after two failed surgerys to remove it we decided to bring him home and had hospice come in .. he passed quickly and at peace. My father was a awesome christain man and He is singin up in heaven with jesus now..
My work outs have stopped becuz we have been at the hospital for a month but now maybe I can start again. I hope i didnt lose to much muscle. i did however lose some weight .. See ya

Ok great upper body workout this am.. Feels good. Looking into different protien supplements. Am using myoplex lite right now.. is good. just wondered what else was available.
Upper body as follows
bench press 12 10 8 6 12 reps with db then 12 rep flyes
bo shoulder raises same reps then shoulder presses
bo db pulls same reps then lat pull downs
tricep dips 16 14 12 12 reps then over head tricepw/ db
biceps 12 10 8 6 12 then hammers 12 reps
done in 45 -50 minutes does this seem like enough?
Its very intense I go up on weights every set. Just wonder what anyone else thought. Its from body for life.

What is the best tasting powder protein to buy to drink? I dont however really like chocolate but rather vanilla.. any help out there PLease!!

Ok so I have been so good on eatting and I can see if paying off. I can see my abs coming out and all the muscles in fact. An you know what I feel good! I am so hungry lol So my metabolism is working. every 3 hours it gets stoked up. Its a dang good thing I love chicken and rice and the clean foods cause i have ibs and its what I need to eat anyways !

ok the past week and a half has been horrible.. and I need my weight trainging to feel good and be healthy. i havent been able to work out very good with all that is going on with my dad. BUT I am gonna find the time any ways i can becuz IAM IMPORTANT and so is my health. If it means working out late or very early I am gonna be there..

my dad is still in the hosptial its been a week and a half. he has had numerous tests done. yesterdayhe had a long needle putin betweenhis ribs and lungs and they with drew 2 liters of fluid. he had gained 30 pounds of water weight with his chf. They said today that he will have surgery june 29th . to replace two valves.. if he dont have it he might make 6 months if he does the percent of making it isnt that great. How heavy our hearts are over here.. so hard.. But we must keep our faith in the lord.. for he is good.. and just..
My work outs have been horrible this last week. I have only went bike riding no weight lifting.. I just havent had time with working and babysitting my grandson and going to the hospital..I hope i dont lose all my muscle LOL that I have made ..
Oh well im beat Im off to bed

bad excersing weeks for me my father is in the hospital.. he has congestive heart failure, His heart is only working at 20 percent. he has 30 ponuds of fluid on him they need to get off. He is having a heart cath on Monday. One doc wants to fix his valve another says he wouldnt make it..frustrating. he is so tired.. he is only 77 yrs old.. Ok guys and gals we need prayers out there!

I worked my upper body.
hit it hard upped some of my weights again.. I am feeling good..

Did lower body last night.. Boy was it hot here.. I was dying from the heat. this is what i managed to do despite the heat
Leg press 5 sets
legs extentions 3 sets
dead lifts stiff legged 5 sets
static lunges 3 sets
cross over lunges 3 sets
I missed doing soem squats and calves maybe today I can add them in . I was to hot it was 90 here and I didnt turn my air on like a big dope.
