This evening I weighed myself on a bodyfat scale and I have good news and bad news. The good? I lost 5.5 lbs. The bad? I gained 4% in bodyfat. What was my problem? I think I didn’t eat enough throughout the week to suit my cardio and weights. For weights, I did lower, upper, lower….. Mon, Tues and Thurs. I did cardio afterwards and I also rode my bike to work almost everyday to save on gas.
My diet is good if I am trying to make weight for wrestling but is doing nothing good for my fat levels. To try to improve this I think I am going to try eating more carbs in the morning after training.
