Well it finally arrived in the mail on Tuesday, my giant box filled with my Nutrisystem meals. So far it been pretty easy, its fun picking tru all i’ve gotton for my meals. Im just curious to exactly how much weight i can really lose, and will this diet get me down to my goal of 15% body weight?? I guess I’ll just have to wait and see.  But if anyone out there has tried the Nutrisystem diet I’d love to hear from them

Hello there, this is my very FIRST blog post….

So after working out for almost a year (i started in January 2008) I have finally decided to get serious. I’ve taken some time off from the gym and eating plan, and I’m ready to start back up. Yesterday I ordered Nurtisystem meal plans. Since I hardly have the time or energy to cook and prepare my weekly meals, I was looking into buying a pre-done meal plan. Soooo after much thought, I decided to join Nurtisystem. I don’t want to lose much weight, I really want to tone and lower my body fat. Has anyone out there done this meal plan and seen results? did the food taste good? is it REALLY worth the money ($300.00 for 28 days) It should be arriving any day now, and I’ll keep everyone posted about my success on the Nutrisystem diet!
