After winning the APF Western American Powerlifting Championship 275lb class Open Division on 7/26/08….I competed in the WABDL West Coast Bench Press Championships on 8/30/08 winning the 259lb Class taking two token lifts of 435lbs and 460lbs which were enough to qualify me for Worlds on 11/14/08 and to win my Division……..

I want to thank all my friends for their support and I especially want to Thank
Tammy Renee and World Physique for being my biggest supporter, giving me publicity and support World Physique

I want to Thank my ex roomate Erin being my biggest cheerleader and alway’s saying the right thing….*A lil Sassy but still Cute*

And last but not least I would like to thank my Best Friend/Coach Ava Cowan
For always helping me out with great advice and the right words to keep me from going buck wild!! LOL !! Ava’s last words to me before the meet were ” Ava Cowan - Figure America Champion
