			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>well i just did my chest and tri&#8217;s today, i ate all day before at a pig roast and ate i a few lbs of chicken today and this is how i normally eat, yet i cant gain weight.  i see myself at the gym getting stronger a little bit at a time, i am actually pound for pound the strongest at my gym, i can outlift just about everyone there yet im one of the smallest.  i cant figure it out, i know i eat more calories and protein then i can ever work off so i should be gaining but its just not happening.  somebody help me out!!  roids please!

		<description><![CDATA[i eat constantly, meat veggies fruit yogurt donuts cake and i eat huge servings and i lose weight!!  WTF!!  instead of gaining i lose weight!  i even took a couple of extra days off 2 recooperate and i lost 6 lbs!  i eat protein shakes, glutamine, creatine, and nothing helps!  i need sum good roids [...]]]></description>
