i still cant gain!
well i just did my chest and tri’s today, i ate all day before at a pig roast and ate i a few lbs of chicken today and this is how i normally eat, yet i cant gain weight. i see myself at the gym getting stronger a little bit at a time, i am actually pound for pound the strongest at my gym, i can outlift just about everyone there yet im one of the smallest. i cant figure it out, i know i eat more calories and protein then i can ever work off so i should be gaining but its just not happening. somebody help me out!! roids please!

what does your typical diet look like?
Also, other activities that you’re doing besides lifting…. swimming, jogging, soccer etc…
