			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Ok, so I used to actually be a trainer in a gym during college.&nbsp; I looked pretty good, fairly decent body fat.&nbsp; I wish I knew then what I know now!!&nbsp;&nbsp; NOW, I decided to actually do what I have told people to do for YEARS~!&nbsp; Week one: pretty clean diet (damn Easter candy), cardio&nbsp; before breakfast and weight training daily, and added a meal replacement supplement b/c my children, (boys 5 and 10) are at the ball park either practicing or playing ball every night.&nbsp; What a difference in only a week!!!
