Wednesday, March 26th, 2008Ok, so I used to actually be a trainer in a gym during college. I looked pretty good, fairly decent body fat. I wish I knew then what I know now!! NOW, I decided to actually do what I have told people to do for YEARS~! Week one: pretty clean diet (damn Easter candy), cardio before breakfast and weight training daily, and added a meal replacement supplement b/c my children, (boys 5 and 10) are at the ball park either practicing or playing ball every night. What a difference in only a week!!!
