March 24, 2007Should I bulk and get fat or do a clean bulk? I have 4 months prior to my 12 weeks cut in order to cut. Those 12 weeks to cut I’ll obviously be doing cardio among other things and dieting, sauna, and some duiretics.
I’ll cardb deplete about a week prior to the show for a few days and load on Wednesday and Thursday, drop water on Thursday to about a gallon from 2, friday I’ll have a half gallon and sat the day of I’ll sip all day.
My diet will probably be a variety of protein shakes of whey and egg whites, a few meals a day no less than 3 with chicken and plain brown rice about 4 weeks out I’ll switch to Red potatoes with chicken and fish.
My routine will look something like hard hitting 2 muscle groups a day like
Day 1: AM: Cardio/Back, bi’s, PM:Cardio/Quads
Day 2: AM: Cardio/ Chest, tri’s PM: Cardio/ Hams
Day 3: AM: Cardio/ Lower back, abs PM: Cardio/ shoulders/traps
Day 4: AM: Cardio/ Pm: CArdio
Day 5: sam as day 1
Day 6: same as day 2
Day 7: same as day 3
