Drink or not to drink( better say… what to drink?)
Drink or not to drink….
Well, I’ve just have to say that stop drinking any kind of alcohol has make a HUGE impact in training and weight loss, the only problem is that here ina Australia, everything goes around the pub (lol), so every weekend It’s a bit hard to go out not just for the training side of things( which I am just dead tired) but also cause almost everything or gathering includes drinking( and have to say I miss my bear)
How do you deal with those kind of tricky things without been anti-social? What do you drink instead of alcohol when you go out? Diet Coke?Coke Zero?Or you just ‘brave’ the situation and ask for water?

I had a similar problem here in Monterey. It’s all about the bars. When I go out I just get a coke zero and have the same fun i used to have but keep my progress going

Its tuff for sure, I usually drink water w/ lemon or a diet coke. The results are worth it!

I just have reg coke…sure it has some sugar but its not terrible.
I hate diet coke….diet Dr.Pepper or diet rootbeer is ok but most pubs dont have them…then again I havent been to a bar since July 1st so not a big problem for me.
If possible dont go to bars, if you must just have a coke or ice-T…

1st, props for choosing to leave all those empty cals behind you. I just drink water. Take the good natured jokes & just keep sippin’.
LOL! When its your turn to get a round, get everyone one of what you’re drinking! Heck, buy the whole BAR a round of water! LOL

Bro its all depends on whats important to you I haven’t tasted alcohol in 7 yrs. and I train to fight so my thing is if its important to you who gives a rats ass what they think when your out drink whats right for your body! props to you for tryin to put it down.

Dude hit the nail on the head with drinking in Aust! Mate i have just drunk water for the past two months and wont be looking back….. Goals are actually getting closer and energy levels are through the roof, sure its not greatest thing at the local RSL before the pub or club but the lads get used to it pretty quick if ya stick with ya convictions ha ha….. honestly stayin with water has worked better for me then N.O., lipo-6, natural test boosters, whatever supp is killin the wallet, water is better, and free!!!! lol. Best decision yet, no regrets!!!
