SETBACKS
I live in an extremely small town, there isnt a gym around for hundreds of miles, it really sucks lol, especially when your involved in the sport of bodybuilding and you have a passion for extreme workouts like I do.
My equipment consists of a basic weight set with alot of weight plates and a basic bench. I make the most out of my workouts in several unique ways lol, using anything I can to my advantage. I have 32 stairs which lead up to my house, on leg days I do 3 sets of lunges up the 32 stairs with as much weight as I can bare.
Back days I put on a back pack with 30-40 lbs in it and do my chinups on a metal pipe across the rafters of my fathers tool shed, followed by ofcourse bent over rows etc… I love finding ways to supplement the equipment I dont have.
I’ll be moving away from my hometown soon to Toronto or Edmonton, then I will deffinately take advantage of the gym.

if you wind up in Toronto Sam - not only do they have great gyms but the city also attracts the best Bodybuilding shows. Talk about motivation! I like the gym for the social aspect of it - it does make a difference. It sounds like you are very motivated though on your own - that\’s great!
