I knew I was in for trouble after Paul and I met and he asked me "Are you ready to hate me?" But after we were finished, I was energized and could feel all of my muscles again. However, on the 3rd day. I was hurten’! I went riding that day and it was not easy getting on and off the bike. I also had to hold on to the hand rail on my way down stairs!! Wow! I know meeting Paul (my new trainer) was my devine intervention.
So, we trained shoulders yesterday and I will let you know how I am doing soon.

Today I made it back to the gym. Wow- Why did I ever stop. I remember getting up at 4:30/5:00am and enjoying. I got out of it. I was feeling ill. Whatever, the reason. I have to remember that this is what is going to make me feel better - be better!
Anyway, I took another step towards my goals today. I set up a new trainer and a new date to start with him. This Friday! I told him my goals and he seems to take his job very seriously. I told him that I want to be in a competition next year. He said if I am serious - I must be honest! If I give 110% he will give 140%. So - I am a little apprehensive - BUT VERY EXCITED!
I am going to post a new pic today or tomorrow. I am not happy with it at all - But, I have to start somewhere.

I have been doing really good eating clean. Except for the occassional glass of wine. I have been noticing a big difference. I have not started to ‘work out’, really… I am starting next week. So, I am sure that I will see big results after I start that. I am actually.
