Any ideas?
October 13, 2008Hey everyone! Okay, so I have lost 28lbs so far. I am ecstatic that I am on my way to meeting my goals. However, I feel like I’m starting to run into a brick wall nutritionally. I am getting really tired of eating the same things over and over again. An old trainer of mine once told me that "skinny eating is boring eating". I understand this to a certain extent, obviously those of us with goals can’t just dive into the office doughnut box or drink soda all day without a second thought…but there have got to be other ways of preparing veggies (easily) other than just steaming them or munching on them raw. Does anyone have any other yummy ways of preparing veggies? I would love some new recipes for veggies. Anywho…thanx for your help!
