Starting Over!

Crud, don’t you hate getting out of routine and then having to come back? That’s what I am doing right now, thanks to a fracture in my hand and wrist. I have been out for a few months now due to doctors orders and let me tell you what, it sucks! Going from four workouts a week to sitting on your a$#, pretty much blows. I thought it was the end of the world. It was my right hand, my dominant hand. It was during the end of fall semester and the beginning of spring semester this year. And if you are in college you know that spells trouble. I couldn’t write because of my cast that I had on and I could barely type as fast as a second grader, using onloy my left hand and my right hand pointer finger.

During the time of the cast I became very lazy. I had pain shooting up through my arm all hours of the day. Mainly because the doctor had to shove a pin through my fifth metacarpol into my wrist bone, sorry for the spelling or horrible terminology. This pretty much meant that my clumbsy a$# was going to hurt even worse every time I bumped into something. The pin wasn’t permanent
