					<description>can you bike to the gym?, that's what i do, on a road bike a few miles is no problem. and you are already warmed up when you get there.
you may have to do home work outs like decline pushups ( feet on bed)  or do planks with your feet on a chair and elbows on the bed. the mattress makes you a little unstable.
