Now, can I have some of that under 35 metabolism and height of yours?  I might finally uncover those stubborn abs or mine.    :)

					<description>I like to do cardio 4 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach and weight train 4 times a week in the afternoons. It is important to implement all three, diet, cardio, and weight training to build your best physique in my opinion. Happy Holidays!</description>
