Overzealous today!!!
First I would like to say that I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving yesterday! Mine was good I visited my parents in a small West Texas town and still there. Today in the morning I went with my dad to a small gym called Energy Fitness and trained chest, shoulders, and triceps. The gym was a small one with not a lot of equipment but I made the most out of what was there. I had planned on training back and biceps tomorrow but I decided to go again to the gym since I still felt energetic. I plan to take the rest of the week off and go watch Texas Tech in Lubbock play Baylor. Here is my list of exercises I trained today. I wish everybody a great weekend! :0)
Chest: Barbell Bench Press, Incline DB Press, Pec Flyes
Shoulders: DB Lateral Raises, Reverse cable flyes
Triceps: Tricep press downs, Overhead cable extensions, DB kicbacks
Back: Barbell Rows, Barbell Shrugs, Lat Pulldowns, Seated Rows
Biceps: Barbell curls, Alternate DB curls, Machine Preacher curls
I’m sure I will feel tired tomorrow but it’s ok! I am very excited to take my training to the next level starting Monday along with my diet.

I like to do cardio 4 times a week for about 30 to 45 minutes in the morning on an empty stomach and weight train 4 times a week in the afternoons. It is important to implement all three, diet, cardio, and weight training to build your best physique in my opinion. Happy Holidays!
