Blog Entry
This is my first blog so do not know what all I should write. I plan on entering another bodybuilding competition in September so I will start my diet in a few weeks. Today is leg day and plan to stick with the heavy basics: Squats, Romanian deadlifts, Leg Presses, leg curls, standing calf raises, and seated calf raises. After my work out I will have my whey protein isolate shake with a dextrose creatine shake. I will update you next time.

You truly have a perfect balance overall. Your arms aren’t huge but are in perfect sync with the rest of your very sculpted chest and abs. Keep up the good great work, your an inspiration.
