Friday, May 18th, 2007This is my first blog so do not know what all I should write. I plan on entering another bodybuilding competition in September so I will start my diet in a few weeks. Today is leg day and plan to stick with the heavy basics: Squats, Romanian deadlifts, Leg Presses, leg curls, standing calf raises, and seated calf raises. After my work out I will have my whey protein isolate shake with a dextrose creatine shake. I will update you next time.
