Pumping Water?
I started drinking 2 bottles of water, from my refillable bottle, during my work outs. The pumps I got during those work outs where incredible, I mean I felt full like I couldn’t move that part of my body. I also wasn’t as sore as I would normally be after such pumps, which I really like.
I tell you this to tell you that there is research that proves the “pump” during your work out can help you muscles recover faster due to the nutrient rich blood and water surrounding for muscles. So, if you really want a great pump and a fast recovery, I say drink 1 to 2 bottles of water every work out. It will keep you hydrated and help you get big.
